I chose Christy as my realtor through a series of jobs we worked on together. She was consistently available when I needed opinions and ideas to help bring the properties up to a great selling standard. The longest time span, thus far, that our flip house projects have taken to go under contract from date of listing is six (6) days. This was my first home sale process, but I purchased my first home from Christy, so the review is for her over the last 9 years, two home purchases and a sale. Christy is "on the job" all the time. She works tirelessly and will answer the phone long after I think it is voicemail time. This was my first home sale. It was arguably a difficult one with contracts that fell through and a hurricane. That said, we had showings coming consistently and in three and 1/2 months we had a total of three contracts closed on the last one. She talked us out of lowering the price after the second contract fell through thinking it was our fault. We ended up selling at asking price because she knew that was the right call. We are never selling the house we are in (after dragging Christy all over humanity to find this one) so we probably won't need any more Agent work, but when we change our minds again, she'll get that call.
